This role will see you taking full responsibility for executing a range of category plans within the local market. You will play a key role in ensuring the sucess of this plans in a way that each category plan of the company is built to deliver success in to the market.

  • Ensure company meets and exceeds local budgets/financial growth targets;
  • Ensure that the company is aware of, and reacts to, all commercially relevant local market conditions;
  • Support wider merchandising teams to deliver local results;
  • Implement best practice/process within the local organization;
  • Manage the execution of local administrative tasks;
  • Ensure delivery of all local operational tasks;
  • Analyze daily sales, margin, inventory level of the category and resolve issues found;
  • Monitor and react to the changes and developments in the local market for your categories;

O que procuramos

  • Background in Retail Sector;
  • Minimum 3 years commercial and online experience;
  • Focus on the customer needs and be able to respond to those needs quickly and properly;
  • Being able to analyze the marketplace and adapt the commercial strategy according to its needs;
  • Important Resilience and Innovation skills;
  • Action oriented (working hard and see challenges as a motivator);
  • High team management skills;
  • Fluent in English;
