– Ensure alignment with the business strategies through the Annual and three year Business Planning processes;
– Setting and achievement of annual and mid-term objectives;
– Manage the annual marketing and sales forecast;
– Development, planning, and guidance of marketing & sales strategies and activities and compliance with the business planning cycle requirements to achieve the above objectives;
– Develops innovative and competitive marketing & sales programs covering all elements of the marketing mix and sales channels;
– Development of new strategic partnerships and be responsible for strengthening existing ones with retailers, licensing companies and other organizations;
– Development of close and effective relationships with all other functions and units.
– Business Administration, Management, Economics or Similar, with Marketing specialization or any other equivalent;
– Results oriented, with strong strategic planning skills;
– Strong analytical, creative and problem solving skills;
– Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities;
– Fluency in English spoken and written is a must.
